General provisions of this limited warranty apply to the wear of the turf with regard to ultraviolet degradation, and does not apply to damage incurred during installation, improper underlay, pile crushing, willful or negligent abuses, or damage by machinery or equipment, nor does it apply when the turf is not installed by a licensed certified installer. Malone Turf, authorized distributor or the manufacturer do not warrant a loss of more than 5% per year of the turf material strength due to ultraviolet degradation. The strain rate and deformation rate increase significantly when the material is subjected to extreme heat and will not be warrantied in such conditions. Malone Turf, authorized distributor and the manufacturer hold the right to look at temperature history reports to determine if the material has been exposed to consistent extreme heat over a period of 96 hours or more. This limited warranty does not apply to the state of Arizona due to the extreme hot weather conditions. Malone Turf, authorized distributor, and the manufacturer only warrants turf products for a period of 3 years for all products sold and installed in the state of Arizona.

Replacement of the affected areas is for the artificial turf products only, excluding any and all costs associated with the installation and infill, including but not limited to installation supplies, inconvenience, labor charges, etc.

Terms and Conditions
(a.k.a. “the not going broke or giving Dad a heart attack, or you either” part)
- Inspection Prior to Installation: Customers must thoroughly inspect the artificial turf upon delivery and before installation. Any visible defects, damages, or inconsistencies must be reported immediately to the supplier prior to installation.
- Installation Responsibility: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the installation is carried out by a qualified professional. Improper installation can void warranties and lead to performance issues (no joke, this means you as a DIYer too).
- Surface Preparation: Proper surface preparation is crucial for the successful installation of artificial turf. The customer must ensure that the installation area is free of debris, leveled, and adequately drained (still not joking, this means you as a DIYer too)..
- Maintenance Requirements: Regular maintenance, including brushing, debris removal, and occasional rinsing, is necessary to maintain the appearance and performance of the artificial turf. Failure to perform regular maintenance can result in premature wear and may void any warranties (ya, you guessed it, still means you as a DIYer too).
- Warranty Conditions: The warranty on artificial turf is subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer. Customers should familiarize themselves with these conditions, including any limitations or exclusions, prior to installation.(Congratulations, you’ve made it this far! Stay with us, there’s still more important information you MUST KNOW!)
- Environmental Factors: Artificial turf may be subject to damage or fading due to environmental factors such as extreme temperatures, UV exposure, and heavy use. Customers should consider these factors when choosing the location and type of turf.
- Reflections from Windows: Reflections from windows, particularly those with low-E glass, can cause significant heat buildup on artificial turf, leading to damage or melting. Customers should assess the placement of the turf in relation to reflective surfaces and take necessary precautions, such as using window coverings or protective barriers (seems like a “Duh” right here, but you’d be surprised how many turf buyers don’t know this stuff).
- Usage Limitations: Artificial turf is designed for specific uses, and exceeding these recommended uses can lead to damage and void warranties. Customers should ensure that the turf is used according to the manufacturer’s guidelines.
- Liability: The supplier is not liable for any damages or issues arising from improper installation, maintenance, or use of the artificial turf. The customer assumes full responsibility for ensuring that all installation and maintenance guidelines are followed.By purchasing artificial turf, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.
We’ve saved the BEST FOR LAST (Dad would be proud!)
Malone Artificial Turf Delivery Instructions
Please be sure to read these instructions carefully. They are VERY IMPORTANT! Click the title bars below to open each section and learn what to expect, and what’s required of you for a successful turf delivery.
Delivery Scheduling
- Confirmation Call: You will receive a confirmation call from our team to schedule a convenient delivery time.
- Delivery Window: A responsible party (whoever is installing or ordered your turf) must be available during the agreed-upon delivery window to receive your order.
Delivery Details
- Curbside Delivery: Please note that our delivery service is curbside only. This means the delivery truck will drop off your order at the curbside of your property only (we know, seems like another “Duh”, but again, we’ve had buyers leave their 10 year-old to receive turf and assume that would make us “put it away for the sweet child”. FYI, we won’t) .
- Customer Unloading: All materials must be unloaded by the customer. Please ensure you have the necessary assistance and equipment to move the turf from the curb to your desired location.
Preparation
- Access Point: Ensure there is a clear access point for the delivery truck. This includes removing any obstacles and ensuring the path is wide enough for our vehicle.
- Drop-off Location: Identify and mark a specific drop-off location on your property near the curb. This will help our team deliver the turf exactly where you need it, (like which end of the curb, some of you have corner lots, etc. and the Amazing Kreskin doesn’t work for us).
On Delivery Day
- Contact Information: Keep your phone nearby in case our delivery team needs to contact you (traffic isn’t any easier on us than it is you. Things happen that may cause us to be delayed).
- Be Present: It’s important that you or a designated person is present to receive the delivery and confirm the drop-off location (Seems repetitive, just checking if you’re still with us ~ Dad wouldn’t be happy with sarcasm. We’ll stop, maybe).
- Inspection: Upon delivery, inspect the turf for any visible damage. If you notice any issues, please inform the delivery team immediately and note it on the delivery receipt.
After Delivery
- Unrolling: Unroll the turf as soon as possible (within 5-7 days) to prevent creases and folds from forming.
- Storage: If you cannot install the turf right away, store it in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight (Any idea how many times customers have “stored” their turf in direct sunlight, next to a UV treated window? Yep, enough that we had to include this here).
Customer Support
- Contact Us: If you have any questions or concerns regarding your delivery, please do not hesitate to contact our customer support team at (209) 494-8090 or turf@maloneturf.net
- Feedback: We value your feedback. Please let us know about your experience to help us improve our services (if it’s negative, ask for Brandon first).
Thank you for your business and support. We are committed to providing you with the highest quality artificial turf and customer service.
